Return & Refund Policy:

At AARDHVI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

3-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
• Used, damaged, or altered products.
• Accessories and personalized/customized items.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked for bank account details for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Size issue (subject to availability)

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
